Proxmox VE 7.1 can't import boot pool automatically

Hi, I Installed Proxmox VE 7.1 recently on my "new" server and I'm having difficulties on every boot.

The server:
Dell PowerEdge R620 with PERC H710 Mini RAID card (cross flashed to IT mode, with both EFI and BIOS boot)
Proxmox is installed on 2 Samsung SATA SSDs with zfs mirror

The error:
The boot is just stopping after the disks are attached (see screenshots - ignore the first zpool import error. It's a virtual console bug, sometimes it is not sending characters correctly)

I can manually import the boot pool with the "zpool import -R / -N rpool" command, than continue the boot and it is successful, but I can't get it to import the pool automatically.

I found 3 separate solutions to this but none of them worked.
  • I tried to add "rootdelay=10" in /etc/kernel/cmdline than pve-efiboot-tool refresh
  • I tried to add "rootdelay=10" in /etc/default/grub GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, then update-grub
  • I tried to add "ZFS_INITRD_PRE_MOUNTROOT_SLEEP='4'" in /etc/default/zfs, then update-initramfs -v -u
I hope someone can help me with this.

Thank you for reading =)
