Proxmox VE 5.1 Host Swap Usage

Hello,

I have a question about the consistent high Swap usage of my Proxmox VE 5.1 Cluster. I'm using 8GB of Swap and my resources aren't being stressed as you can see from the image, so why is there almost always high Swap usage on this and my other 2 Proxmox Cluster Hosts? Is there a known configuration that keeps this from happening?

I'm having the same even after setting

sysctl vm.swappiness=10

the SWAP usage does not reduce as it should and have plenty of RAM. Running PVE 5.2 :

The only way I have found to free up the SWAP is to migrate/shutdown the VM's and reboot the host. Even if I migrate all the VM's away there is still some SWAP being utilized.
