Proxmox VE 4.2 - No more boot parameters option

I try install Proxmox VE 4.2 with custom boot parameters but I can't find this possibility like it was in version 2.3. Is there some key combination to enable this? I need add some parameters like "intel_iommu=on iommu=soft", but how can I do this? Otherwise install will fail - after I select "Install Proxmox VE", I get errors like "Calgary" etc and setup hangs. I tested these boot options with Jessie and all was ok - I need add them to Proxmox boot options but how?

Thanks for help!

Hi, Markus! Thank you for answer. I'm newbie... :( Can I edit proxmox iso image to to this? First thing - I can't install ProxMox. Is there some way to specify boot parameters during install?

Not works for me, because I can't enter to boot options prompt. When I choose debug-mode installation and start typing Ctrl-C, setup will hang before, I get command prompt. I need to access and change boot optoins BEFORE, when I start installation. As I wrote, this option was in version 2.3, no more. It's unbelievable ProxMox removed it in future versions because this is very-very necessary option :(

Found solution!

First - I have IBM x3850 M2 servers (old ones, but working :)) Maybe some people will interested...

1) When I insert CD and install logo appears need to start typing "debug". After "de" appears boot menu. In my case I wrote to linux row "intel_iommu=on iommu=soft". Installation was successful :)
2) But that's not all - don't boot living system as normal! When system's boot menu appears, check Advanced, with TAB first insert same iommu settings to linux row. This step is necessary because install procedure won't write these settings to GRUB conf. When system is up, edit /etc/default/grub and write those iommu settings to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX row. Don't remember after this use update-grub command ;)
3) Reboot and voilaa - ProxMox works like a charm :)

Brining up an old thread, but the above post by Ervin worked for me on an x3850 M2 and wanted to say thanks.

Thank you Ervin,
working also on HP Proliant Microserver Gen10 with Marvell 88SE9230 PCIe 2.0 x2 4-port SATA 6 Gb/s RAID Controller

New to proxmox, and having difficulty with the above. My server isnt finding disks. It has a 1TB sata drive in it.
I also have a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 10 with Marvell controller (like Funkwarrior above), but I dont understand how to add the variables.

1. I reboot with install media, and after the install menu appears, I get a different experience to this (When I insert CD and install logo appears need to start typing "debug". After "de" appears boot menu). I get the options 1. Install Proxmon VE (Graphical), 2 Install Proxmon VE (Terminal UI) Advanced options. I click Advanced Options, and I get Graphical, Debug mode (and other options). I select the Graphical, Debug mode.

2. It eventually drops me to command line - "Debugging mode (type exit or press ctrl+D to continue startup)
~#
Is this where I add as two different commands, for the 2 different environment variables?
intel_iommu=on
iommu=soft

I did try adding the 2 commands above to command line, but it didnt do much for me.

3. I assume that after installation i need to perform step 2 from Ervin, but first I need to successfully install!

Sorry I am not understanding Ervins post which seems to solve others problems, any further guidance much appreciated.
