Today I upgraded our Proxmox Cluster to version 5.2.
After rebooting the Server, all Ubuntu 14.04 CTs couldn't finish their init process.

these are all processes that are running in such a CT. it is not possible start any further processes.
tmpfs filesystems are not mounted:
14.04:
mount|grep tmpfs
none on /dev type tmpfs (rw,relatime,size=492k,mode=755)
varrun on /run type tmpfs (rw,relatime)
16.04:

Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04 and Debian 9 CTs running as expected.
Has anyone noticed any similar behavior after upgrading to 5.2?
Best wishes,
Stephan.
