Hi, have problem with upgrade os.
When i try to do apt dist-upgrade:

I foggot say: The problem appeared after the connection with the server was lost during the upgrade and now it is in this state

Do you have a valid Proxmox VE subscription? If you do, please remove the `pve-no-subscriptions` repositories from `/etc/apt/sources.list.d/proxmox.list` as they get in the way of the enterprise repository. In case you don't have a valid subscription, please comment out the `pve-enterprise` at `/etc/apt/sources.list.d/pve-enterprise.list`, which would cause errors when running `apt update`.

I am not entirely sure this is the cause of the issue, but i would try that and the run `apt update` and `apt dist-upgrade`.
 
I not have subscription, added # to `pve-enterprise`, same problem after apt update && apt dist-upgrade.
I saw intresting, proxmox 6 use python2.7? When i run:
apt -o Debug::pkgProblemResolver=yes remove python2.7
got strange list packages:

full-upgrade ended same error about remove the meta-package 'proxmox-ve'.
did you had your system using the latest version of all packages in Proxmox VE 6 before changing the repositories to bullseye?
Yes, i run apt update&& apt dist-upgrade before change apt sources. I am follow this instruction for upgrade https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_6.x_to_7.0
