Kinda new to this and figuring everything out still.
I have TrueNAS scale running as a VM on Proxmox. Got my pool set up and a couple apps installed on the VM. I created an NFS share of my Media dataset which contains download, movies, and shows folders. I set up a torrent LXC (running through openwrt with vpn) in proxmox with the mount point set to the NFS share. At first I was getting permission denied issues when trying to cd to subfolders within the Media share but eventually solved it, but now TrueNAS can't see any of the files or folders created by the torrent LXC. I have another LXC of plex running with the same mnt point and it can see everything just fine, but none of the apps running in TrueNAS see anything but the empty datasets.
Mapallusers/group are set to root/wheel in truenas
Do I need to set up permissions on proxmox that allow TrueNAS to see changes from proxmox?
Is it even worth using TrueNAS at this point or am I better off just managing everything in proxmox?
