Proxmox Switch Question

I'm running a pfsense vm for routing and I have 4 1Gb nic. 1WAN 1LAN currently.
I'm using the virtio network virtual adapter and pfsense shows 10Gb.

I'd like to figure out my transfer speed caps over the home network. Not many devices are hard lined.

My question is could I add my other 2 nics into my LAN bridge in proxmox, via the gui and effectively be able to send 1Gb to each simultaneously.

I was also considering buying 2 cheap 10Gb nics off ebay to get one fast connection to my desktop without having to buy a 10Gb switch.

A vmbr is a SW switch so you can add several NICs to it.
When you say simultaneously you don't mean a bond/truck/teaming?

PS the virtual adapter 10GBit is only a number and has noting to do with real speed.
You can reach more than 10Gbit/s.

Not teaming. I don't need more than 1Gb to most devices. I want to be able to stream 4k to multiple devices from one server and not choke up a 1Gb nic going to a switch.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.
