Hi,

I am wondering if this would be a good configuration or am doing it wrong,

i have 2 2tb disk, and would like to use all space making it 4TB as raid 0, i will have external nfs backups.

When installing, should i use zraid0 or install debian with mdraid and then proxmox?

i read that zfs uses a lot of memory, would there be crash if my VM's use a lot of memory also?

Any cons and pros?

Regards

Hi,
raid0 is an absolut bad idea - except for testing!

the price of hdd-space are not realy high today. Buy more disks and use zfs (supported) against mdraid (unsupported).
(but you need more ram).
