Proxmox Server Pinging AWS server in Germany byitself?

Hello, I was looking at my logs for one of my nodes and saw that it was attempting to reach out to an AWS server in Germany. My server is not on the open internet and its local IP address it 172.24.1.200. Does anyone know why it could be reaching out to AWS in Germany when I have not configured it to do so?

It looks like that IP (3.74.105.242) belongs to the tailscale Network

Hi,

please note that all of this shown log comes from the tailscaled service (as can be seen after the hostname), something which is not installed by default on Proxmox VE.
