proxmox root password in clustering

I've a cluster of proxmox servers and I need to change all servers root password.
Should I modify any config files after password change?

no, servers in cluster are using ssh keys to authenticate each others.

What about hostname change? I just normally change hostname or should I modify any proxmox config file after hostname change?
