Hello,

First of all, excuse my English, I'm French.

Despite all my research, I can't find a solution for my Proxmox which restarts randomly.
At the moment, it restarts every 2 minutes. Sometimes it lasts 2 days.

So I'm calling on your expertise.

At times, I get the error “Unable to read tail (got 0bytes)”.

I attach logs from journalctl -b -1

Versions :
proxmox-ve: 8.3.0 (running kernel: 6.8.12-9-pve)
pve-manager: 8.3.5 (running version: 8.3.5/dac3aa88bac3f300)

What do you think ?

Thanks

Despite the complete reinstallation, Proxmox keeps restarting.
I'm going to install Home Assistant live on my server, without Proxmox.

I think I've finally found the cause. When a display is connected to DisplayPort, the system won't reboot!
I've bought a DisplayPort emulator, so we'll see...

I come to the news.
I bought the DisplayPort emulator (less than 10€ on Amazon) and plugged it in yesterday at 7pm.
Since then, no more outages (except for a voluntary one around 9pm)!

The mystery seems solved!

Same issues here.. I have random restarts of the whole Proxmox VE environment v9.0.10 with kernel 6.14.11-3-pve. I believe I already have this for a couple of weeks now.....

However, I do NOT have HP.. I just have a self-build server/computer using AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK128GX4M4Z3600C18 memory, MSI MEG X570 UNIFY mobo. OS is running on SSD Crucial MX500 and VMdata on NVMe WD_Black SN850.

Problem is.. I can not find any coredump or any other errors in the previous kernel logs.. etc. Nothing!? HELP!
