proxmox questions.

HI guys

I installed proxmox on top of debian squeeze , using http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Squeeze

We use open-vz and kvm 3-ware raid-10 , sata disks.

What are suggested settings to try are for:

1- filesystem ( i used ext4 , and mount with noatime) .

2- Default I/O scheduler - I do not know how to check which type is used, or how to change it.

3- any other suggestions?

Also, are there any performance tests to be use to test different settings?

hi,

why are you using such an old OS? the current PVE 6.x is based on Debian Buster (10) and you'll be missing tons of bugfixes and security fixes.
