Proxmox PVE folder

Hello my proxmox server stopped booting after a light cut and i was unable to get it going, i have now done a new install and all my old disk are still there and still can not fix my old bootdisk, i have a copied of my old PVE folder . Can i just copy and paste it into the new installation PVE folder and all my disk and configuration should just show up and work fine?
 
no it is a month old but properly not far away from my latest config

For import your VM disk storage, except root dir, you can copy / paste the /etc/pve/storage.cfg part intop the new storage.cfg file.
