As a reseller partner I got an email informing me of new pricing for PVE and Mail Gateway.
I put together a spreadsheet to compare old pricing vs. new pricing:
Essentially Community and Basic pricing increased a bit and the pricing structure is simplified. Just multiply the 1 CPU price for higher CPU numbers for PVE, Mail Gateway pricing stays the same.
All features also remain unchanged (response times, # of tickets, support levels, etc.). This also means slightly higher prices for Basic and Community. I verified this by reading new pricing tables and descriptions in the new fact sheets for PVE and Mail gateway and comparing that to the current information on the website, for each type of support agreement.
I highlighted the price changes in my screencapture. I've also attached the spreadsheet I made (LibreOffice Calc ODF format).
