[SOLVED] Proxmox Proxy configuration ignored.

Hi there,

I have configured a http proxy in datacenter -> options but it seems to be ignored when trying to download an ISO image by URL in the GUI. Is that expected behavior, or did I miss some configuration. I'll happily open a bug report if you consider this a bug.

hi,

thanks for reporting here. i'm assuming the URL you're downloading from is using https?

there's already a bug report for this on our tracker [0], along with a patch series that wasn't applied yet [1] [2] because of various other reasons (a different approach was being discussed)

but you could still apply the patches manually if you wish so

indeed it only affects https. Thank you for the links and sorry for not looking closer into bugzilla.
