Proxmox + PNETLab, connection to external networks

Hello;

I have Proxmox VE 8.0.3 installed to the Dell Poweredge R620, with 128GB RAM and 10bay HDD. On it, I installed PNETLab 4.2.10.

Connection to PNETLab works from my local network, I can ssh to the PNETLab, I can install OSs. Browser connection to PNETLab works as well, from local network.

The problem is with nodes connectivity in PNETLab, the connection from nodes to external network (including my local network as well), nodes in PNETLab can connect to other nodes only.

I installed multiple PNETLabs at VMWare, different Laptops, had no issues. The connectivity is being established using the Add New Network then Management(Cloud0). It exists at the VMWare PNETLab, but it is not at the Proxmox PNETLab, the choice Management(Cloud0) is missing.

Anybody had this issue, and had it resolved, how to get the Management(Cloud0) option at the Add A New Network available?

Thank you.

Okay, I was able to create subnet which is being used now for VMs. So, the Physical LAN stays at the 192.168.0.0/24, and the VMs subnet is 10.0.2.0/24 (I used the subnet which is being automatically created by the Qemu Manager v7, as I used it years ago).

The first address in the 10.0.2.0/24 I am using as it's default gateway, so it seems to be okay for the DHCP, I installed the DHCP Server at Proxmox, configured it to use addresses 10.0.2.15 - 10.0.2.100.

Access from Host network to the 10.0.2.0/24 I enabled by static route.

As I had eth0 and pnet1 - pnet9; pnet0 (for management cloud0) missing; i created the pnet0 as replication of eth0, which somehow worked, both eth0 and pnet0 are getting addresses from dhcp server (different ones, of course). I can run the PNETLab GUI (which is on the VM subnet) from LAN (physical network). I can see the Network object Management Cloud0, I can create the object on the Map. But, when I am creating VPCS node, for example (as it i simple), It cannot boot for some reason, after being connected to the Management Cloud0. If not connected, it can boot. It cannot get the IP from established DHCP server for the VMs subnet.

Why it is important, I would like to be able to connect to VMs subnet 10.0.2.0/24 from Physical LAN, using Browser and Putty (now I can connect, from Physical LAN only to the PNETLab server itself (which is at the VMs subnet), not to VMs which are defined at maps in it).

Any suggestion, what needs to be checked, what may be steps to find where problem is and how to fix it?
