I have an NUCCA6YH home toy served me well for home. (celeron 1.5ghz, 4 core, 4 thread, 1 sata, 4 usb3.0, 16gb ram)
I just read about doker, proxmox and I not experienced person

your opinion how to use eficient this small machine (is for home use only)

1. to use proxmox with 1vm and containers (in vm to use dokers), containers for testing (gvt-g not work very well)
2. to install debian with dokers (but is a very limited setup ????) - I just read about dokers and installed but just a basic instalation

tried both but for me a simple small user in home and without experience cannot choose rigth

Depends...if all you want to run can be run as docker containers and you want a NAS, I don't see that point using PVE. If you primarily want a NAS that can run some VMs and docker containers, there might be better choices like TrueNAS Scale or Unraid. PVE is more suited when if you primarily need to run VMs/LXCs, as NAS functionalities and Docker aren't part of PVE. You can still use PVE for NAS/Docker but you either would need to setup everything yourself bare metal using the CLI or you would need to run specialized appliances like Portainer/OMV in a VM.
