Proxmox on Hetzner, Guest can't reach internet

Dear All,
Recently I have deployed a proxmox on EQ8 server on hetzner. I want to use Network Bridge in order to set Valid IP on my Guest (VMs). Unfortunately despite of set different configuration (from forums) I am not successful to set it probably.
By following configuration I am able to ping Host IP but other network are not ping. Using traceroute show that ICMP packet stuck on second Hop.

I'm curious about what the problem was?
I'm considering Deploying a proxmox server at Hetzner and wonder if I will run into problems in the future with updates if I follow their alternative installation guide (PMVE on top of a Debian install).
 
Do you have extra ip addrdsses?

If not you have tk do NAT on host.
