Hi All,

Can someone please confirm if proxmox is working on Cisco UCS 220 M6 servers ?
Also, is there a list of certified hardware supported by proxmox ?

Regards
Manish

Hi Manish,
Proxmox does not maintain "certified hardware list". PVE is based on Debian with Ubuntu derived Kernel. You can check with your hardware manufacture whether they support Ubuntu (as Kernel is the most important part in determining hardware compatibility).

Thanks @bbgeek17 , in the list of supported OS, Cisco have mentioned ubuntu 24.02 and Ubuntu 22.04 (which is derivative of debian).
Probably, we need to test and see if proxmox is able to pick all drivers (network, RAID controller...)
