The linkdown suggest that there is no connected to a router (or anything). Check the network cable and whether it is plugged into the right ports.

its not recommended. That said, Proxmox is using Debian as an OS layer, search the Net for a tutorial on how to get your card working in Debian and that may work for you.

Are you using a wifi adapter or a LAN adapter?

Also seems the required drivers for the adapter are not available or installed. please load the firmware on a usb stick and process them from the command line.

I think the T620 has inbuilt ethernet port, try connecting a cable from the T620 to your router or your switch and proceed further.

I hope this helps.

I am using wifi adapter, I need to buy a RJ-45 cable and I will back if something still not works.. thanks

Sorry mate proxmox is meant to run on LAN for better speeds and reliablilty. Wifi is totally possible but is not recommened due to lower speeds, high latency and poor reliability.

If you still wish to continue with wifi. type your wifi adapter model number in google and search for it's drivers supported on debian. Load them on to a pendrive and install them on the machine, that should do the job for you.
