proxmox Node appears?

as in the picture
I have checked and confirmed that there is no problem with the hardware
and already tried reinstalling proxmox with

Can you show the config of VM 100? qm config 100 and post the result within [CODE][/CODE] tags please.

One thing that will most likely help, is to enable IOThreading for the disk images.
