Proxmox newbie looking for networking help

Hey all,

So, at the moment im trying to configure a Petasan cluster (3 nodes) and running into an issue with the networking portion
petacan requires several subnets ( 1 for management, 1 for backend, 2 for ISCSI, 1 for cifs/smb and 1 for nfs) my set up physically only has the interfaces on the motherboard and no added NIC, i'm not entirely sure how to configure this properly but if someone could give me a hand i'd really appreciate it

you can create any amount of bridges you want. have you taken a look here[0] ?
