Hi all for the past year or so I've been using ESXi which is great and all, but now I'm moving over to Proxmox and I have to say their Networking model is absolute trash. Their documentation is so bad it makes my brain hurt. I'm struggling to assign a physical NIC onto a Linux bridge. In ESXi it was as easy as creating a9apps vSwitch and then adding the adapter. That was it, done, working beautifully. I've created an additonal Linux bridge to separate my WAN from LAN as I'm going to be using pfSense as my Firewall. This setup works for VMs as they grab an IP from pfSenses DHCP and all is dandy. However plugging in a physical device to the NIC that has been added to the Linux bridge doesn't work at all. Really not sure what I'm doing wrong. Someone feel like helping me out ?
