Proxmox network inconsistency

When the VMs are active we see in the graphs that the Network has peaks and the VMs hang when using them, also comment that
if there is only one virtual machine started, it works fine, but if we turn on the others, everything starts to fail.

CPU(s) 16 x AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics (1 Socket) with 64 GB RAM

Kernel Version Linux 5.15.85-1-pve #1 SMP PVE 5.15.85-1 (2023-02-01T00:00Z)

How do you know it fails?

The graph shows a few bytes being received, which doesn't seem particularly unusual.

they start to fail when there is more than one active, when you use it, the vm is blocked for example 10s and it works again, like this constantly
