First of all, i'd like to excuse my english (that's because i'm French;)).

So, I read a lot of things about the way to install a VM as a NAS on PROMOX but most of them say contradictory things.
I want to install PROXMOX, VM for NAS and Backup data on USB.
I think about separate static datas (documents, picture, videos) on HDD and Ubuntu Sytem on SSD. Is it a good idea?
If yes wich way is the best?
I also want to automatic backup statics datas to an USB Drive. If there is a problem i want to plug this Drive on Windows and be able to read it easly. I think about connecting USB device on VM and format it with FAT or eventualy EXT. Same question, what do you think about it? If i do as it, will i be able to "snapshot" my WM?
Thanks to all of you
Yannick

PS : if you speak french, feel free to answer me in my langage :)

AFAICS the setup is possible. Whether it's a good idea or not cannot be said in genereral since it depends on you individual requests how to use it.

Yes, assuming you use a snapshot-ready storage for the internal disks. Just note that USB drives content is not stored in snapshot (it's not a virtual environment and therefore not handled by Proxmox).
