Proxmox monitoring

I'am monitoring proxmox using influxdb !
i could display my hyper-v status on grafana is it limited on 24 hyper-v only?
Another question could i monitor my proxmox version ''Proxmox 4.0-48'' ? because i did the same config as the other proxmox but it doesn't works !

Influxdb support was included at around PVE 4.0.
But Proxmox VE 4 is the end of life anyway. So we do not support this version anymore.

i'am tryin to back up a Vm and in each time backup is stopped on 30% and i got this error : do u have any idea ?
