Proxmox & Mikrotik (as KVM guest) performance

Hi. How I can increase performance of this system (Proxmox & Mikrotik (as KVM guest) performance)?
CPU load in host overload up to 20-30 % above than cpu load in mikrotik...
maybe need change type of ethernet cards in guest machine. Now it VirtIO...
