Proxmox MFA permission issue

I notice that any user (having permission or not) can add and delete their own TOTP token. Are there any way to prevent it ?

As far as I know, you will need another realm, not the built-in one.
Proxmox cannot manage TFA for users authenticated by external identity providers.
