proxmox mailgateway installation

Installed Proxmox mail Gateway in VM, and I am trying to open through my browser but it is showing as connection refused

make sure you have https:// not http://.

Yes, I have tried with that
https://<my ip>:8006
But its not working

Do you have a firewall setup? Could you post the output of lsof -i -P -n | grep LISTEN and journalctl -b -u pmgproxy?
