How to integrate Proxmox mail gateway with my exchange server internally so that when my two employees communicate with each other on exchange server under a single domain i can use spam filtering.?

If you want to have your exchange send mails for which it is itself the destination through an external checking service (such as PMG) then you need to ask in the Exchange support-channels - as preventing mail-loops with such setups can be a bit hard
