i am facing currently this issue can you pleas help me out this.

I guess you sent outgoing mails to the wrong (external) port. You need to use the internal port instead.

Thanks for you replying i am using outing port is 25 on outlook configuration as well proxmox .

proxmox : mail proxy is SMTP Port is 25 check given pic . and also add this port on my actually email server.

my internal server i add this line : i am using postfix
relayhost = proxmox.cubexs.net.pk:25

i have two server one is proxmox and other one is my email serrver .i configure server like this .

internal server :

running postfix and i add it a entry in main.cf :

relayhost = proxmox.cubexs.net.pk:25

and in transport file i add this :

weatherlycloud.com smtp:proxmox.cubexs.net.pk:25

External server (proxmox server :

thanks for you reply . when i change my internal mail server port from 25 to 26 its show error : please check and guide us for further.

First, please fix the CIDR "38.108.7.55/24". Second, seems you still send to port 25 - you need to inject outgoing mails on port 26,
