Hello!
I have a SuperMicro 721-S minitower with an Avago 9211-i8-IT HBA. I have 4 identical IronWolf 4TB disks in the bays on port 0 and 1 x 1TB and 1 x 2TB SSD on port 1.
My problem is that the second Proxmox when Proxmox boots 3 of the drive bays (with the 4 4TB drives) are flashing red - but not the last one.
All drives are working as expected.
"lspci -s 01:00.0 -vv" Reports:
- Kernel driver in use: vfio-pci <---- Perhaps this?
- Kernel modules: mpt3sas
I noticed: "pcilib: sysfs_read_vpd: read failed: No such device"

UPDATE: Have just tried to install a fresh Proxmox 7.4.3. Same Issue. The second Proxmox loads, the 3 LEDs are flashing. Have recorded when the lights are starting flashing: https://youtu.be/b--QB-A4pX8
UPDATE2: Just realized I have read errors on 3 out of 4 brand new Seagate IronWolf Harddisk ST4000VN006 4TB disks... Didn't check that before as I in my wildest nightmare couldn't dream of this... So until further notice I close this ticket.
