I either failed to find it in proxmox control panel or there is just no functionality for openvz containers reinstallation / template changing. Most other openvz control panels has that function out of the box. Maybe it's time to add it to proxmox? It's just a way more handy to reset a CT than removing it together with all configurations made and then creating again.
