Hey folks,
I just want to make sure I completely understand this before I start hooking my dev Proxmox cluster up to my production SAN switch and production SAN. I have read through the documentation over at https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/ISCSI_Multipath and I think I understand the procedure, but I need to be sure. My current SAN is currently being used solely by our VMWare 7 cluster. There are a number of volumes (maybe 12) that are all formatted with VMFS. My plan is just to create a new volume on the SAN that will be used for Proxmox and whitelist that WWID in the multipath conf file. I want to avoid screwing up any of the pre-existing VMWare volumes.
And what about the vendor specific configuration? What do I need to use for my Dell SC5020 in the multipath config?
Thanks,
Stan
