Hello,

I need to install Proxmox in UEFI mode because the server is running with NVMe disks that only can boot in UEFI mode.

The issue, is that the installer, don't show the "Next" button on the EULA.

This issue only happens with Proxmox installer, with Debian or CentOS is Ok.

Also, setting the legacy BIOS mode is ok, but as mentioned, I need UEFI to install the system in a NVMe disk.

There is any option to run the installer in text mode, without video? or any solution?

PS- The debug mode installer, don't allow me to write nothing... The keyboard don't respond.

Thanks!!!

I had the same problem in the past. I fixed it to use the TAB and ENTER key. I had at the same time one installer on another machine running that i can see how often must press TAB. Hoply this will be fixed in the future. Strange thing, this is only on some UEFI installations.

you could try to move the window with pressing alt while dragging with the left mouse button

Now the issue is other... with default install options, selecting the NVMe disk as a destination...

but I will investigate more.

try setting rootdelay=30

I've had this issue with IPMI and proxmox in the past, both on 3.X and 4.X.

I can use tab/enter just fine, but if I click with the mouse somewhere in the IPMI KVM console prior to using tab/enter I can't use tab/enter.

I wish proxmox would include a ncurses based installer alternative to the gui one, like Debian does.
