Proxmox installer doesn't start on HP Proliant Rack Server

Hi everyone! I have a HP rack server that I would like to install proxmox on. Unfortunately, when it tries to boot from USB, it says "non system disk or disk error" and continually reboots and fails with the same message.

1) Unraid boots and runs just fine on this server, so I know it's capable of booting from USB
2) The proxmox installer starts normally on two other machines, so I'm pretty confident I've created the USB correctly (I used balena etcher to install the proxmox VE .iso)

Any suggestions on what to do about this?

Had in the past similar issues with balena created drives.

Try and give RUFUS a shot

I burned the .iso to a DVD and it worked fine
