Hello,

I can't succeed to install Proxmox using USB ISO image. My server doesn't have a CD-ROM. Take a look at the screenshoot if you can find out what is wrong with the installation.

Can you boot a standard Debian 9 installer from USB stick?

I think, you need to create the bootable USB, using dd method, if you're using Rufus, the newer version give the dd option.

Hi,

Thank you both for the answers. I have used Rufus and after my study, it is not compatible, so instead Rufus I used Balena Etcher. Now everything works nice! :)

Hello,

after installing VM, I converted it to template and I then created 8 Virtual Machines. All machines were running smooth, until I did a shutdown of the machine to test if startup will be fine. Then this Error appears:

What could cause that issue?

@Elkoss : That problem is unrelated to the installer - you might want to open a new thread for it
(it seems your root filesystem is incosistent - you need to run fsck from initramfs)

Proxmox was successfully installed and VM's created. All was working fine until I made a system reboot. Can you please advise, how to run fsck from initramfs?
