So I decided to dip my toe into Proxmox and check it out, but I am having issues with installation. After the installation gets to "waiting for dev to be fully populated." It looks like the installation crashed.
I have found other people reporting the issue, but the fixes they used did not work for me. However, I am not sure I implemented them correctly.

After this, I press Ctrl+X, and it crashes the same.
Every other post I have seen references "nomodset," and it seems to work for people.
