Proxmox install on Dell R730+PERC H730mini Controller with 8 1TB SAS Raid10. read/write speed 500MB/sec ??

Hi there, I am new. Recently, I built a small server using a Dell R730 with a PERC H730 Mini Controller and 8 units of 1TB SAS in RAID 10. However, the read/write speed is only around 500-600 MB/sec. Is this normal, or am I missing any settings?
