Hello friends

I am planning to migrate to Proxmox. In the existing structure, one of the 3 HP physical servers is virtualized with hyper-V, and the other 2 servers work with a single system.
To back up, I use a PC that I have configured Truenas CORE as a Nas device and transfer my existing backups to Veeam.

I am thinking of adding 1 Huawei server and Dorado 2000 v6 storage in the new series.I want to handle replication and disaster recovery and backup in my configuration. Since HP machines are actively working, I am thinking of starting the infrastructure on the Huawei server and storage side, moving the HP servers one by one, and installing Proxmox on them. What are the methods I should follow and the tips I should pay attention to in this structure?

(note, I do not want active migration in replication, I want to have updated data of the replicated machine and pass it manually when I encounter a problem.)
