Proxmox inside the Hyper-V failed snapshots

Hello all,
I have a strange problem. I am running Proxmox 8.2 as VM on top of MS Hyper-V. Only as a member of quorum and Ceph monitor. It is not hosting any VMs(nested).
The problem is, that I can not create any production checkpoints.
The staus inside of the Proxmox VM is like this:

I am not sure, what is wrong here.
Please has anybody an idea ?
