Hi,

I am planning to install Proxmox in a datacenter with public IP. Is it possible to pass through that public ip to one of the VMs? In my case that will be a pfsense machine.

Cheers, toddehb

Hey,

yes, just create a bridge and don't assign it an IP on the host, then add the bridge to the VM. Alternatively, you can also just pass through the NIC itself to the VM.
