I use proxmox for tinkering around with at home, and for remote access, I rely on an IPSec VPN that's setup through PFSense.
When I connect through the VPN remotely, I can access all the hosts on the local network, (i.e., router, DNS, my desktop, file server, etc, etc) However, I CAN'T access the proxmox server, or any of the hosts on it, despite them all being on the same subnet as the rest of my network.
I've been able to get around this by adding a static route to the subnet that I use for my VPN connection to the hosts on (this route is also on the router for my network, which is how I'm able to access all my other hosts, except for proxmox).
On proxmox, the hosts are all setup to use the bridged ethernet connection, and can access the other hosts on my network, just not over VPN.
Is there an easy way to fix this without having to add the static route to all of the VM's on the proxmox machine?
