server1.spnhost.com Actually this should be, is there a way to fix this?

Yes, if it's "only" the domain part it's even a bit easier than the hostname.
Edit

/etc/hosts
/etc/postfix/main.cf
/etc/resolv.conf

they both should have an occurrence of that misspelled domain.
