Proxmox host is getting unavailable

I have installed a new proxmox server on my old laptop, where the problem is after some time the server is inaccessible to other systems in the network

Neither ssh nor web interface is accessible to me

While restarting the networking service i got realtek 8169 error r8169_apply_firmware failed

I am new in the proxmox field, any thing I can do
