The physical nic (my network adapters) on my Proxmox host cannot get an ip address from DHCP. That's why I can't take my host machine to the internet. However, even in this case, my VM machines are able to connect to the internet without any problems. The only way to get my host to the internet is physical nic ( I can remove it by giving en1 or en2 static ip. How can I fix the proxmox dhcp problem to solve this problem?

By the way, the switch in the mac internet environment of the physical network cards connected to the host machine is visible, but we look at the arp table and the ip address show on the proxmox can never get an ip on the physical cards.Previously, my host machine was getting ip without any problems and I was able to make proxmox updates. Something is wrong after Proxmox 7.3 and dhcp is not working.

thankyou for support.
