Proxmox host crashed? Found in a powered down state...

I run a software raid (zfs mirrored). And still have problems.
I had a feeling it was my processor.. What processor /brand do you use?

I'm using a Xeon X5675, ZFS mirror install on the motherboard ICH10 controller.
I even changed to new cables to rule that out, but it made no difference.

Reinstalled from scratch using a freshly downloaded 4.2 iso.
Set up my network bridge, a single vm (freebsd), set up iommu (with unsafe interrupts due to my board), passed my pci devices (lsi sas2008) through and let it run.

Workload is extremely light throughout, never exceeding 15%cpu or so.
My machine locked up again after running for just a bit over 48 hours.
Syslog shows nothing of note.
The bmc reports nothing as well other than the cpu getting fairly warm when this happens, seeing as it's a stuck process of some sort.

For this install I even switched to different disks to install to.

This problem is really strange and frustrating.
I will try running the same guest with the same config on bare metal to make sure it's not my hardware, but I'm starting to think this problem is proxmox specific.
