proxmox hold release to 7.3

Hello,

I would like to stick promox apt repository (pve-nosubscription) to 7.3 and go to 7.4 when I decide it's stable enough.
Anyone know how to do this ?

apt-mark hold proxmox-ve should do it.

Don't run apt dist-upgrade (or similar commands) until you decide? Or disable all Proxmox repositories until you decide?
