Hello,

I made a request to have an additional subnet on Hetzner for my Proxmox. There were six available IP addresses in this subnet, and I want to assign one of them to a pfSense VM on my Proxmox. The goal is for internet traffic to pass through this address. However, I'm having trouble accessing the internet when I assign this IP to my pfSense.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

GIST:
use a routed configuration:

PVE-Host
PUBLIC IP 1
PUBLIC IP 2 (first real from subnet)

Firewall-FW
PUBLIC IP 3 (second real from subnet)
set Public IP 2 as gateway

all others and starting with
PUBLIC IP 4 (third real from subnet)
set gateway public IP 3

did you assign the MAC to the Interface you are connected to hetzner ? (on your pfsense)
