Proxmox Hardware requirements

Please help to advise does Proxmox fully compatible in AMD chipset. I would like to purchase AMD server with the below configuration.

Sure you provided the correct link?
Aside that. Search the forum for the processor name. I guess you will find an answer

Aside, AMD was wondering does Proxmox platform could fully support dual-socket processor machines.

I have no experience with epyc but have seem a lot of people in the forum who use those processors.
Dual socket in general works brilliant and aside that a very wide range of processors work flawless. Check via search if someone used the 2625 already...
